Kering Data Project Intern

- Implement the master data management process, including client and supplier maintenance procedures, data hierarchy design, compliance tool integration, and periodic data quality audits.
- Support the implementation and modernization of target financial macro-processes, aiding in the regionalization of scalable processes.
- Produce weekly progress reports for the EMEA region manager, highlighting key outcomes, risks, and improvement recommendations.
- Promote the adoption of end-to-end distributed and standardized processes, ensuring comprehensive and fully documented procedures.
- Deploy local training processes of the 'Kering Finance Academy' and Core Model to support process adoption and skill development, aiming for 80% team training completion.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program related to finance.
- Proficiency in both French and English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in relevant data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Power Query.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally across all organizational levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to embrace new challenges.
Previous experience in finance, accounting, or management control is a plus.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program related to finance.
