1. Identify potential areas for improvement in the current End-to-End Control Tower approach.
2. Propose recommendations to enhance the existing model, focusing on technological and communication advancements.
3. Support new collection launches and address special brand urgencies from needs acknowledgment to fulfillment.
4. Regularly monitor End-to-End KPIs to proactively identify and resolve issues.
5. Conduct performance analysis to ensure the correct execution of distribution flows.
6. Develop and maintain a framework to communicate logistics status with Fashion Houses' Supply Chain Departments.
7. Ensure data accuracy through regular checks and report data quality issues.

1. Graduate or soon-to-be graduate in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or STEM fields.
2. Interest in supply chain and distribution management, KPIs, and data management.
3. Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
4. Effective team player with a collaborative and proactive approach.
5. Customer-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
6. Creative and curious mindset.
7. Good communication and social skills.
8. Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
9. Fluency in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
