Kering Compensation & Benefits Manager

- Ensure accurate job mapping within the Corporate organization, aligned with the Group Job Catalogue, and advise HR Business Partners on its optimal use.
- Participate in remuneration surveys to maintain up-to-date benchmarks and analyze external competitiveness.
- Design compensation packages for recruitment, internal mobility, and international transfers.
- Coordinate and manage the annual salary review for France-based corporate teams, recommending increase budgets and validating HRIS data accuracy.
- Implement, monitor, and evaluate benefits programs within the scope of responsibility.
- Ensure compliance and proper implementation of mobility policies for transfers to/from France.
- Communicate and promote Group C&B policies to HR, managers, and employees.
- Contribute to global initiatives led by the Group C&B team, such as harmonization of benefits and evolution of incentive schemes.
- Mid-level professional experience in C&B roles, with dual experience in consulting and corporate environments.
- Strong knowledge of French compensation market, legislation, and job evaluation methodologies.
- Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
Mid-level professional experience in compensation and benefits roles, with a background in both consulting and corporate environments.
