Kering Communications Project Officer
Kering is a global luxury group comprising renowned maisons across fashion, leather goods, jewellery and beauty. The Kering Foundation is the Group’s philanthropic arm dedicated to preventing and responding to violence against women and children. The Foundation partners with specialist local organisations and mobilises Kering’s ecosystem to deliver survivor-centred support, prevention initiatives and awareness-raising at national and international levels.
- Support the Communications Manager in the conception, production and delivery of communication materials for Kering Foundation and partner initiatives.
- Draft and edit content for the Foundation’s website, internal communication platforms and social channels in French and English.
- Manage and animate external and internal digital platforms (keringfoundation.org, Viva Engage, social media), and build the editorial calendar for multiple channels.
- Select and update visual and video assets; liaise with creative agencies and external suppliers and follow up on briefs.
- Contribute to UX monitoring of the website and collaborate with web developers to implement improvements.
- Assist in organising and deploying internal and external campaigns and events tied to international days related to women’s and children’s rights.
- Coordinate with partner associations, the Group communications team and brand communications to align messaging and amplify impact.
- Contribute to the production of the Foundation’s impact or annual report and other institutional documents.
- Enrolled in a Bac +4/5 (Master’s-level) programme in communications, journalism, public affairs or equivalent (e.g., CELSA, IEP or business school).
- Fluent written and spoken French and English with excellent editorial skills in both languages.
- Strong organisational rigour, attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Collaborative team player who is proactive, curious and responsive.
- Genuine interest in women’s and children’s rights; previous volunteer experience in the non-profit sector is an advantage.

Previous internships or practical experience in communications, digital content or events — ideally including exposure to NGO or foundation work — are highly valued; volunteer experience in the social sector is an asset.
Master’s-level enrolment in communications, journalism, public affairs or equivalent (Bac +4/5).
