1. Develop and optimize Tableau dashboards to support global teams.
2. Provide first-level support to users, assisting them in utilizing reporting tools effectively.
3. Gather and analyze user requirements to enhance visualizations and indicators.
4. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data tools and practices.
5. Facilitate KPI reviews and share insights with Customer Service teams.
6. Conduct ad-hoc analyses and resolve data-related issues.

1. Master 2 student in engineering or business school with a focus on data, statistics, or business analytics.
2. Interest in operational performance and the luxury sector.
3. Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented.
4. Comfortable in a multicultural, international environment.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio is required. Basic knowledge of SQL is advantageous.
