1. Develop and refine Tableau dashboards to support global teams.
2. Provide first-level support to users for reporting tools.
3. Translate user needs into specifications for improved indicators and visualizations.
4. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data tools and processes.
5. Facilitate KPI reviews and share insights with Customer Service teams.
6. Conduct ad-hoc analyses and resolve data or reporting issues.

1. Master 2 student in engineering or business school with a specialization in data, statistics, business analytics, or performance.
2. Strong interest in data and performance management.
3. Proactive, autonomous, and results-driven.
4. Comfortable in a multicultural, international environment.

2. Power BI
3. Looker Studio
4. SQL
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills

Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio is required. Basic knowledge of SQL is considered a plus.
