1. Define and implement cybersecurity strategy across Gucci and other brands, aligning with the group's security framework.
2. Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with Gucci's CTIO and IT teams, acting as a trusted security partner.
3. Lead security governance across Gucci, ensuring consistency with each brand's operational needs.
4. Deputize for the Group CISO in steering committees and executive meetings as needed.
5. Build and lead dedicated cybersecurity teams within Gucci, including talent recruitment and team structuring.
6. Manage internal resources focused on security projects and industrial cybersecurity.
7. Orchestrate external security resources and service providers for comprehensive protection.
8. Drive hands-on security initiatives across all domains, including architecture reviews and incident response coordination.
9. Define and deploy information security policies tailored to Gucci and other brands.
10. Maintain and evolve cyber risk mapping for subsidiaries, including project risk assessments and security remediation tracking.
11. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations such as PCI DSS, GDPR, and ISO27001.
12. Oversee deployment and optimization of technical security controls across Gucci and other subsidiaries.
13. Coordinate with corporate SOC and CSIRT teams for effective threat detection and incident response.
14. Define and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans for critical systems.
15. Design and roll out engaging cybersecurity awareness programs across Gucci and other subsidiaries.
16. Produce regular security dashboards and metrics for leadership.
17. Communicate security posture, incidents, and improvements to technical and non-technical audiences.
18. Coordinate external security audits and manage findings remediation.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Cybersecurity.
2. Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.

1. Strong understanding of cybersecurity across all domains, including governance, risk management, and security architecture.
2. Solid grasp of risk analysis methodologies and secure infrastructure design.
3. Knowledge of modern DevSecOps and secure SDLC practices.
4. Deep knowledge of relevant regulations and frameworks such as GDPR and PCI DSS.
5. Ability to articulate complex security topics to diverse audiences.
6. Natural ability to influence without authority and build trust with CIOs and technical teams.
7. Appreciation for the unique culture and brand values of luxury fashion houses.

Minimum 8-10 years in IT/cybersecurity roles with demonstrated progression, including at least 3-5 years in leadership positions managing security teams or programs.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Cybersecurity.
