- Define and implement cybersecurity strategy across Gucci and other brands, aligning with the group's security framework.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with Gucci's CTIO and IT teams, acting as a trusted security partner.
- Lead security governance across Gucci, ensuring consistency with each brand's operational needs.
- Deputize for the Group CISO in steering committees and executive meetings as needed.
- Build and lead dedicated cybersecurity teams within Gucci, including talent recruitment and team structuring.
- Manage internal resources focused on security projects and industrial cybersecurity.
- Orchestrate external security resources and service providers for comprehensive protection.
- Drive hands-on security initiatives across all domains, including architecture reviews and incident response coordination.
- Define and deploy information security policies tailored to Gucci and other brands.
- Maintain and evolve cyber risk mapping for subsidiaries, including project risk assessments and security remediation tracking.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations such as PCI DSS, GDPR, and ISO27001.
- Oversee deployment and optimization of technical security controls across Gucci and other subsidiaries.
- Coordinate with corporate SOC and CSIRT teams for effective threat detection and incident response.
- Define and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans for critical systems.
- Design and roll out engaging cybersecurity awareness programs across Gucci and other subsidiaries.
- Produce regular security dashboards and metrics for leadership.
- Communicate security posture, incidents, and improvements to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Coordinate external security audits and manage findings remediation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Cybersecurity.
- Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity across all domains, including governance, risk management, and security architecture.
- Solid grasp of risk analysis methodologies and secure infrastructure design.
- Knowledge of modern DevSecOps and secure SDLC practices.
- Deep knowledge of relevant regulations and frameworks such as GDPR and PCI DSS.
- Ability to articulate complex security topics to diverse audiences.
- Natural ability to influence without authority and build trust with CIOs and technical teams.
- Appreciation for the unique culture and brand values of luxury fashion houses.
Minimum 8-10 years in IT/cybersecurity roles with demonstrated progression, including at least 3-5 years in leadership positions managing security teams or programs.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Cybersecurity.
