1. Coordinate outbound delivery processes across multiple distribution centers, ensuring timely and prioritized deliveries.
2. Raise and manage operational tickets for delays and system errors, collaborating with internal teams and utilizing planning tools and warehouse systems.
3. Support cross-functional initiatives by providing data and insights to enhance order flow efficiency and identify process improvements.
4. Communicate and collaborate with internal departments and external partners to meet customer expectations.
5. Adhere to precision, quality, and timing standards to ensure optimal customer service.
6. Facilitate the collection of information to monitor business trends and opportunities.

1. University degree is advantageous.
2. Proficiency in Italian and good knowledge of English.

3. Proactive team player with flexibility and reliability.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
