1. Coordinate the process of outbound delivery creation across multiple distribution centers, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines and operational priorities.
2. Raise and manage operational tickets related to delays and system errors, collaborating with internal teams and utilizing data from planning tools and warehouse systems.
3. Support cross-functional initiatives by providing structured data and insights to monitor order flow efficiency, identify process bottlenecks, and contribute to continuous improvement in planning accuracy.
4. Communicate and collaborate with internal departments and external partners to meet customer expectations.
5. Adhere to precision, quality, and timing standards to ensure superior service to customers.
6. Facilitate the collection of information to monitor business trends and opportunities, supporting other departments.

1. University degree is considered a plus.
2. Former experience and knowledge about logistics flows is considered a plus.

1. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Italian and good knowledge of English.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; working knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
4. Proactive team player who is flexible, adaptable, and reliable.

Experience in logistics flows is considered beneficial.
