1. Participate in the administration of Jira & Confluence Cloud and Data Center during the migration phase.
2. Contribute to the configuration of spaces, projects, workflows, views, and permissions.
3. Assist in creating dashboards and implementing basic automations.
4. Support the global delivery of the Atlassian service for Kering Technologies & Digital.
5. Help explore and integrate agentic capabilities within the Atlassian ecosystem.
6. Participate in prioritizing and tracking internal requests and managing the Atlassian platform backlog.
7. Contribute to functional documentation and governance standards.
8. Present collaborative tools to internal teams and Group Maisons.
9. Support users in daily usage and best practice adoption.
10. Prepare and facilitate workshops, demonstrations, or meetings.

1. Master 2 student in Information Systems Management or equivalent.
2. Strong interest in collaborative tools, project management, and IT environments.
3. Understanding of key IT service concepts (support, governance, ITIL).
4. Motivation to learn the Atlassian ecosystem and platform product management.
5. Strong operational English (written and spoken).
