Kering Assistant - P2P (Travel & Entertainment Expenses)

- Execute the APAC Audit process for Travel & Entertainment (T&E) expenses in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Process employee claims promptly and accurately, adhering to agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Perform Lodge Card reconciliation and manage employee queries effectively.
- Support daily and monthly closing activities.
- Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested.
- Assist in internal and external audit activities.
- Contribute to internal projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Support and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency.
- Assist with new process implementations and maintain Accounts Payable policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, shared service center standards, and SLAs.
- Address stakeholder issues and requests, maintaining strong relationships with brand finance teams.
- Enhance team interaction and optimize team effectiveness.
- Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of work experience or a fresh graduate with a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- Proficiency in organizational and time management.
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Knowledge of expenditure cycle and rules, including purchase orders, invoices, and payment terms.
- Familiarity with inter-company recharge principles.
- Competence in SAP and other financial systems.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Cultural sensitivity and strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience or fresh graduates with a degree in a related field.
Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
