1. Process invoices within service level agreements (SLAs).
2. Escalate problematic invoices promptly.
3. Resolve transaction issues in a timely manner.
4. Handle period, quarter, and year-end processing activities.
5. Address inquiries from end markets.
6. Assist in implementing new processes and maintaining Accounts Payable policies.
7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency.
8. Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting principles.
9. Manage stakeholder relationships and address their issues.
10. Enhance team interaction and optimize effectiveness.

1. Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of work experience or a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
2. Basic knowledge of accounting concepts and expenditure cycle rules.
3. Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
