- Perform daily and weekly transaction processing, including batch payments and emergency payments, ensuring pre- and post-payment controls are adhered to.
- Execute manual payments through bank portals and maintain accurate payment logs.
- Support peers and undertake ad hoc tasks as required.
- Meet service levels by executing and releasing payments according to schedules and addressing inquiries within two days.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of treasury and account payable policies and procedures.
- Participate in continuous process improvement and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting principles.
- Manage stakeholder relationships by addressing issues and maintaining effective communication with brands.
- Foster a positive work environment, train new team members, and enhance team effectiveness.
- Degree in Accounting or professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or MIA.
- 1-2 years of relevant job experience.
- Proficiency in SAP is required.
- Experience in the industry or shared services is advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Understanding of chart of accounts, profit and loss, and balance sheet reports.
- Familiarity with inter-company recharge principles and general administrative duties.
- Problem-solving abilities and good knowledge of OpCo business.
- Advanced proficiency in office productivity tools and SAP FI/CO module.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation and teamwork.
- Quantitative and analytical skills.
1-2 years of prior related job experience is required, with a preference for those with industry or shared services experience.
Degree in Accounting or professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or MIA.
