Kering Assistant Manager – Senior Accountant R2R

1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations including fixed assets, taxation (VAT, corporate tax), payroll reconciliation, and statutory account justification.
2. Ensure compliance with international and local accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory requirements for German entities.
3. Prepare fiscal packages and annual accounts, and provide statutory financial statements and supporting documents for external auditors.
4. Participate in monthly meetings with Kering Houses to present financial results.
5. Collaborate with various departments and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including local and regional FSSC teams, Kering Houses, and auditors.
6. Organize, distribute, and oversee team tasks to meet departmental objectives.
7. Motivate and develop team members, ensuring adherence to quality standards and maintaining a positive work environment.
8. Participate in projects related to R2R activities, ensuring process harmonization and improvement.
9. Develop and maintain robust internal controls to ensure data integrity.
10. Work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 7-8 years of experience as a general accountant, ideally within a shared service environment.
3. Proven experience in team management.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ability to apply local and international accounting standards.
5. Familiarity with German accounting and tax regulations is advantageous.
6. Fluent in French and English; proficiency in German is a plus.

A minimum of 7-8 years of experience as a general accountant, ideally within a shared service environment, with proven team management experience.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
