Kering Assistant in Accounts Payable

1. Perform pre and post-payment control checks for batch payments.
2. Execute emergency payments in accordance with established protocols.
3. Input manual payments into the bank portal.
4. Ensure adherence to service levels and address inquiries within two days.
5. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of treasury and account payable policies.
6. Monitor key performance indicators and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Address stakeholder issues and maintain relationships with brand partners.
8. Foster a positive work environment and train new team members.

1. Degree in Accounting or professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or MIA.
2. 1-2 years of relevant job experience preferred, but open to fresh graduates.
3. Knowledge of SAP and shared services experience is advantageous.
4. Understanding of fundamental accounting concepts and procedures.

1. Proficiency in SAP FI/CO module is advantageous.
2. Advanced use of MS Office and other productivity tools.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
4. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to resolve problems promptly and effectively.

1-2 years of relevant experience preferred, with a focus on accounting and transaction processing.

Degree in Accounting or professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or MIA.
