Kering Assistant Accountant - P2P

- Process invoices within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.
- Escalate and resolve problematic invoices promptly.
- Conduct period, quarter, and year-end processing.
- Address end market inquiries and meet service levels.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving.
- Provide backup support to peers as needed.
- Assist with new process implementations and maintain Accounts Payable policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal control programs, accounting principles, and SLAs.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and address issues and requests.
- Foster a positive team environment and coach new team members.
- Diploma with 2-3 years of work experience or a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting for fresh graduates.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Familiarity with expenditure cycle and inter-company recharge principles.
- Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience or fresh graduates with a degree in a related field.
Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
