Kering Assistant Accountant - P2P

- Process invoices within service level agreements (SLAs) and escalate problematic invoices promptly.
- Resolve issues efficiently and manage period, quarter, and year-end processing.
- Address inquiries from end markets and ensure service levels are met.
- Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
- Support peers as needed and perform ad hoc tasks.
- Assist with new process implementations and maintain accounts payable policies.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with accounting principles and SLAs.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and address issues and requests.
- Enhance team interaction and coach new team members.
- Diploma with 2-3 years of work experience or a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting for fresh graduates.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting concepts and expenditure cycle.
- Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Understanding of cultural sensitivities.
Experience in performing the Purchase to Payment process is required.
Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
