1. Process invoices within service level agreements (SLAs) and escalate problematic invoices promptly.
2. Resolve issues efficiently and manage period, quarter, and year-end processing.
3. Address inquiries from end markets and ensure service levels are met.
4. Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
5. Support peers as needed and perform ad hoc tasks.
6. Assist with new process implementations and maintain accounts payable policies.
7. Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with accounting principles and SLAs.
8. Manage stakeholder relationships and address issues and requests.
9. Enhance team interaction and coach new team members.

1. Diploma with 2-3 years of work experience or a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting for fresh graduates.

1. Good organizational and time management skills.
2. Basic knowledge of accounting concepts and expenditure cycle.
3. Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems.
4. Effective communication skills in English.
5. Understanding of cultural sensitivities.

Experience in performing the Purchase to Payment process is required.

Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
