- Process invoices within service level agreements (SLAs) and escalate problematic invoices promptly.
- Resolve issues in a timely manner and manage period, quarter, and year-end processing.
- Address inquiries from end markets and ensure service levels are met.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.
- Provide backup support to peers as needed and perform ad hoc tasks.
- Assist with new process implementations and maintain accounts payable policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls programs and compliance with accounting principles and SLAs.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and address issues and requests effectively.
- Enhance team interaction and create a positive work environment.
- Coach new team members to improve skills and knowledge.
- Diploma with 2-3 years of work experience or a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting for fresh graduates.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Understanding of expenditure cycle and inter-company recharge principles.
- Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems.
- Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Ability to work well in a team and foster productive relationships.
Experience in performing the Purchase to Payment process is required.
Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
