1. Process invoices within service level agreements (SLAs) and escalate problematic invoices promptly.
2. Resolve issues in a timely manner and manage period, quarter, and year-end processing.
3. Address inquiries from end markets and ensure service levels are met.
4. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.
5. Provide backup support to peers as needed and perform ad hoc tasks.
6. Assist with new process implementations and maintain accounts payable policies and procedures.
7. Ensure adherence to internal controls programs and compliance with accounting principles and SLAs.
8. Manage stakeholder relationships and address issues and requests effectively.
9. Enhance team interaction and create a positive work environment.
10. Coach new team members to improve skills and knowledge.

1. Diploma with 2-3 years of work experience or a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting for fresh graduates.

1. Organizational and time management skills.
2. Basic knowledge of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
3. Understanding of expenditure cycle and inter-company recharge principles.
4. Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems.
5. Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
6. Ability to work well in a team and foster productive relationships.

Experience in performing the Purchase to Payment process is required.

Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
