1. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for data objects, standards, policies, and processes related to R2R.
2. Deliver services with a customer-centric focus, meeting quality and productivity targets.
3. Ensure compliance with internal control, accounting standards, and performance metrics as per defined SLAs.
4. Collaborate with various functional areas within Kering to accomplish R2R activities.
5. Drive automation of intercompany reconciliation and related postings.
6. Lead the implementation and enhancement of E-invoicing processes for APAC countries.
7. Align with global intercompany process standardization and harmonization.
8. Challenge existing processes and propose fact-based recommendations for continuous improvement.
9. Escalate and assess data issues to maintain data quality standards.
10. Work with technical teams to resolve system integrity and process issues.

1. Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
2. 2-4 years of relevant experience with exposure to R2R processes from a finance master data management perspective.
3. Experience in Record to Report or Intercompany roles.
4. Knowledge of Finance Master data concepts and applications.
5. Proficiency in SAP ECC, Business Warehouse, and familiarity with SAP Master Data Governance.
