1. Analyze customer requests and provide comprehensive feedback in collaboration with After Sales functions.
2. Open, receive, and evaluate tickets, assessing technical issues through photos or physical inspection.
3. Estimate repair costs and timelines, manage spare parts orders, and reroute tickets as necessary.
4. Continuously monitor the After Sales process to ensure adherence to SLAs and process traceability.
5. Ensure the correct application of brand policies throughout all operations.

1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. Experience in Customer Service or After Sales is essential.

1. Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
2. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
3. Exceptional communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience in Customer Service or After Sales is essential.
