Responsibilities
- Input data related to shipments into the database with high accuracy
- Prepare, organize, and review shipping documents
- Maintain and update shipment records
- Perform data entry and filing
- Conduct general clerical duties
- Handle multiple internal applications
- Support ad-hoc assignments
- Track spare parts inventory
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and Word Processing
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
