Kering Accounts Receivable Accountant

- Establish secure processes for retrieving and processing department store data using Blackline.
- Formalize and communicate harmonization strategies for sales price overrides and prepaid variable rental entries.
- Ensure accurate presentation of POS and employee discounts, transitioning to a weighted average method if necessary.
- Maintain an outstanding accounts receivable aging report segmented by department store and retailer.
- Streamline processes for user and approver ease and security.
- Review and issue E-tax invoices for duty-free sales weekly.
- Calculate and manage monthly recharge expenses with DFS agreements.
- Oversee deposit lists and cash advances to stores.
- Post sales to the accounts receivable ledger and prepare monthly AR aging reports.
- Manage customer master data and intercompany recharges.
- Conduct sales audits, verify discounts, and monitor void transactions.
- Prepare and file quarterly VAT returns and support corporate tax adjustments.
- Coordinate external audits related to O2C transactions.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the finance manager and ensure proper documentation storage.
- Collaborate with back-office functions and promote best practices across brands.
- 3-8 years of experience in accounting and financial operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Native Korean speaker with fluent English communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels.
- Preferred experience with SAP.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning.
- Ability to multitask and remain patient in demanding environments.
- Hands-on and proactive approach.
- Open-mindedness to change and system updates.
3 to 8 years of comprehensive experience in accounting and financial operations, preferably within the luxury or retail sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
