1. Establish secure processes for retrieving and processing department store data using Blackline.
2. Formalize and communicate harmonization strategies for sales price overrides and prepaid variable rental entries.
3. Ensure accurate presentation of POS and employee discounts, transitioning to a weighted average method if necessary.
4. Maintain an outstanding accounts receivable aging report segmented by department store and retailer.
5. Streamline processes for user and approver ease and security.
6. Review and issue E-tax invoices for duty-free sales weekly.
7. Calculate and manage monthly recharge expenses with DFS agreements.
8. Oversee deposit lists and cash advances to stores.
9. Post sales to the accounts receivable ledger and prepare monthly AR aging reports.
10. Manage customer master data and intercompany recharges.
11. Conduct sales audits, verify discounts, and monitor void transactions.
12. Prepare and file quarterly VAT returns and support corporate tax adjustments.
13. Coordinate external audits related to O2C transactions.
14. Provide ad-hoc support to the finance manager and ensure proper documentation storage.
15. Collaborate with back-office functions and promote best practices across brands.

1. 3-8 years of experience in accounting and financial operations.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
3. Native Korean speaker with fluent English communication skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels.
5. Preferred experience with SAP.
