1. Manage accounts payable processes including invoice receipt, scanning, and coding.
2. Ensure accurate analytical allocation and accounting of invoices, both with and without purchase orders.
3. Monitor supplier follow-ups and reconcile supplier accounts.
4. Initiate and oversee payment campaigns, coordinating with treasury for rejection management.
5. Prepare and analyze supplier balances, both general and aged.
6. Conduct account reconciliations and integrate accounting interfaces.
7. Participate in monthly closing activities.

1. Significant experience in accounts payable and/or treasury, preferably within a corporate or shared services environment.
2. Proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP; familiarity with OCR tools is advantageous.
3. Fluency in French and operational proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

3. Strong communication skills to respond promptly to supplier and managerial inquiries.

Significant experience in accounts payable and/or treasury, ideally in a corporate or shared services setting.
