Kering Assistant - Invoice Processing

- Execute routine and transactional processing within the Accounts Payable function to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Process invoices in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Escalate problematic invoices promptly.
- Resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct period, quarter, and year-end processing.
- Address inquiries from end markets.
- Meet established service levels.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
- Provide backup support to peers when necessary.
- Assist with new process implementations and maintain Accounts Payable policies and procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to internal control programs and compliance with accounting principles, SSC standards, and SLAs.
- Assist in managing stakeholder issues and requests.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with Brands Finance.
- Enhance team interaction and optimize team effectiveness.
- Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of work experience or a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting for fresh graduates.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Understanding of the expenditure cycle and inter-company recharge principles.
- Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems.
- Strong computer skills and a proactive learning attitude.
- Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Ability to work well in a team and establish productive working relationships.
- Understanding of cultural sensitivities.
Experience in performing the Purchase to Payment process is required.
Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
