1. Ensure the accuracy of financial figures and reports.
2. Oversee P2P transactional activities including employee business expenses and third-party vendor payments.
3. Manage day-to-day finance and accounting functions.
4. Support and enforce company regulations across group brands.
5. Participate in SAP system implementation and data migration as part of the Finance Transformation journey.
6. Automate daily bank reconciliation processes to enhance cash control.
7. Streamline accounts payable runs and payment processes to increase internal controls.
8. Improve liquidity and funding management through effective cash flow control.
9. Implement Bank Account Management (BAM) to enhance bank account data control and audit visibility.
10. Automate cash pooling entries and provide real-time cash balance reporting.
11. Lead change management initiatives with stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.
12. Drive financial action plans to support business growth.
13. Implement Kering's P2P solution with support from the Regional P2P & Internal Control Manager.
14. Contribute to the organization's progress towards ISO certification and implement continuous accounting practices.

1. Over 10 years of experience in accounting and financial operations.
2. At least 5 years of experience in people management.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail business, including year-end closing and external audit responsibilities.
4. Experience in finance transformation projects, including SAP and Blackline implementation.
5. Native Korean speaker with fluent English communication skills.

4. Ability to multitask and remain patient in a demanding environment.
5. Proactive attitude with a hands-on mentality.

Over 10 years of experience in accounting and financial operations, with at least 5 years in people management and retail business experience.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
