Kering Accounts Payable and Treasury Manager

1. Ensure the accuracy of financial figures.
2. Deliver P2P transactional activities including employee business expenses and third-party vendor payments.
3. Manage day-to-day finance and accounting functions.
4. Support and control group brands to adhere to company regulations.
5. Participate in new SAP system implementation and data migration.
6. Automate daily bank reconciliation and streamline accounts payable processes.
7. Improve liquidity and funding management.
8. Implement BAM for bank account data control.
9. Automate daily posting of cash pooling entries and real-time cash balance reporting.
10. Review and book employee and vendor expenses.
11. Reconcile bank accounts and manage payments for taxes and intercompany transactions.
12. Prepare documents for corporate tax adjustments and support external audits.
13. Lead change management with stakeholders and drive financial action plans.

1. 10+ years of experience in accounting and financial operations.
2. 5+ years of people management experience.
3. 5+ years of retail business experience including year-end closing and external audit management.
4. Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
5. Experience in finance transformation projects including SAP and Blackline implementation.
6. Korean native speaker with fluent English skills.
