Kering Accounts Payable and Treasury Manager

- Ensure the accuracy of financial figures and reports.
- Oversee P2P transactional activities including employee business expenses and third-party vendor payments.
- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting functions.
- Support and enforce company regulations across group brands.
- Participate in SAP system implementation and data migration as part of the Finance Transformation journey.
- Automate daily bank reconciliation processes to enhance cash control.
- Streamline accounts payable runs and payment processes to increase internal controls.
- Improve liquidity and funding management through effective cash flow control.
- Implement Bank Account Management (BAM) to enhance bank account data control and audit visibility.
- Automate cash pooling entries and provide real-time cash balance reporting.
- Lead change management initiatives with stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.
- Drive financial action plans to support business growth.
- Implement Kering's P2P solution with support from the Regional P2P & Internal Control Manager.
- Contribute to the organization's progress towards ISO certification and implement continuous accounting practices.
- Over 10 years of experience in accounting and financial operations.
- At least 5 years of experience in people management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail business, including year-end closing and external audit responsibilities.
- Experience in finance transformation projects, including SAP and Blackline implementation.
- Native Korean speaker with fluent English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and logical skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain patient in a demanding environment.
- Proactive attitude with a hands-on mentality.
Over 10 years of experience in accounting and financial operations, with at least 5 years in people management and retail business experience.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
