- Process supplier invoices, ensuring receipt, verification, and recording via Esker with appropriate accounting and analytical allocations.
- Verify invoice compliance with purchase orders and receipts (3-way match).
- Reconcile supplier accounts and manage supplier follow-ups in case of discrepancies.
- Participate in monthly and annual closing operations, preparing and analyzing provisions related to supplier accounts.
- Contribute to the justification of supplier accounts and monitor discrepancies.
- Prepare payment campaigns, ensuring adherence to schedules, and verify payments prior to validation.
- Manage bank statement processing and analysis via FEBAN in SAP.
- Oversee expense report verification and control via Concur, ensuring compliance with company policy.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (BTS Comptabilité et Gestion, DCG, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable accounting, preferably in an international context.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel) and ideally an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with Esker is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Fluency in both English and French.
A minimum of 3 years in accounts payable accounting, ideally within an international environment.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
