Kering Accounting Manager

- Lead, train and motivate accounting staff; supervise, delegate and oversee daily accounting department activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close deliverables and financial reporting for assigned brand(s).
- Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting systems and procedures to increase accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Ensure accounting practices and reporting align with GAAP (and where applicable IFRS) and current financial legislation.
- Manage reconciliation and audit activities and maintain complete, auditable financial records.
- Analyse financial data and prepare reports for management, Brand Finance teams and external stakeholders.
- Manage monthly reporting flows, ensuring data accuracy between the ERP and the consolidation tool.
- Update disclosures and other formal financial reporting; review results with Brand Finance teams to validate treatment of events.
- Support other departments on financial impact, strategy formulation and decision-making.
- Perform ad hoc financial projects and tasks as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 7–10+ years of relevant accounting experience with strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
- Proven experience supervising, developing and delegating to accounting teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage month-end/year-end close processes and deliver accurate reporting under deadline pressure.
- Strong analytical aptitude with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with brand finance and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Organisational resilience and ability to prioritise multiple competing deadlines.

7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibility and hands-on management of month-end/year-end close, financial reporting and audit activities for multi-brand or multi-entity operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
