Kering Accounting Manager

1. Lead, train and motivate accounting staff; supervise, delegate and oversee daily accounting department activities.
2. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close deliverables and financial reporting for assigned brand(s).
3. Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting systems and procedures to increase accuracy and operational efficiency.
4. Ensure accounting practices and reporting align with GAAP (and where applicable IFRS) and current financial legislation.
5. Manage reconciliation and audit activities and maintain complete, auditable financial records.
6. Analyse financial data and prepare reports for management, Brand Finance teams and external stakeholders.
7. Manage monthly reporting flows, ensuring data accuracy between the ERP and the consolidation tool.
8. Update disclosures and other formal financial reporting; review results with Brand Finance teams to validate treatment of events.
9. Support other departments on financial impact, strategy formulation and decision-making.
10. Perform ad hoc financial projects and tasks as required.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
2. 7–10+ years of relevant accounting experience with strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
3. Proven experience supervising, developing and delegating to accounting teams.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage month-end/year-end close processes and deliver accurate reporting under deadline pressure.
5. Strong analytical aptitude with high attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with brand finance and cross-functional stakeholders.
7. Organisational resilience and ability to prioritise multiple competing deadlines.
8. Comfort adapting to new processes and systems.

7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibility and hands-on management of month-end/year-end close, financial reporting and audit activities for multi-brand or multi-entity operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
