1. Process self-invoices, supplier invoices, and proforma documents.
2. Administer financial data using SAP and, preferably, BI tools such as Insight.
3. Reconcile and clear transitory accounts.
4. Support payment processing activities.
5. Monitor order cycles, invoice tracking, and payment approvals.
6. Post and issue invoices, including allocation and cost evaluation.
7. Assist with inter-company reconciliations.
8. Collaborate with the controlling department to aid monthly reporting and budget/forecast activities.

1. Successful academic background in Finance, Management, Business, or a related field.

1. Proficient understanding of General Accounting and local GAAPs.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Advanced knowledge of Office 365, particularly Excel.
4. Fluency in Italian and English.

Prior exposure to accounting practices and financial data administration is advantageous.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, Business, or a related discipline.
