1. Process supplier invoices, ensuring accurate receipt, verification, and recording in SAP via Esker.
2. Verify invoice compliance with purchase orders and receipts (3-way match).
3. Reconcile supplier accounts and manage follow-ups in case of discrepancies.
4. Participate in monthly and annual closing operations, including preparation and analysis of supplier account provisions.
5. Manage supplier payments and handle FEBAN processing, ensuring adherence to payment schedules.
6. Verify and control expense reports via Concur, ensuring compliance with internal policies.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in accounting, such as BTS Comptabilité et Gestion (CG) or DCG.
2. At least one year of experience in accounts payable, gained in a firm or company.
3. Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
4. Experience with SAP, Concur, and Esker is a significant advantage.
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
