- Prepare comprehensive financial statements including profit and loss, balance sheets, cash flow, and audit schedules for monthly and annual reporting, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Assist the Finance Manager with year-end statutory reporting, including audits, corporate tax, and GST submissions, and manage audit queries and issues.
- Support the implementation of Kering Group’s internal controls framework (COSO) and participate in transformation or process-improvement projects.
- Contribute to the Shared Service Center's goal of becoming paperless by redesigning controls, practices, and processes.
- Undertake additional ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Degree or diploma in accounting.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, with initial 2 to 3 years in a public accounting firm, preferably Big 4, followed by 1 to 2 years in an MNC environment with a hybrid reporting matrix.
- Candidates with strong accounting and commercial finance experience without public accounting firm background will also be considered.
- Experience in major transformational projects related to financial systems and processes (SAP, Oracle, Blackline) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards.
- Independent and fast learner.
- Self-driven with a strong analytical mindset.
- Agile, inquisitive, and able to multitask under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Meticulous and adept at problem-solving.
- Proficiency in foreign languages such as Korean, Vietnamese, and Japanese.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including public accounting and commercial finance in an MNC environment.
Degree or diploma in accounting.
