1. Perform matching of audited transactions against credit card acquirer transactions using BlackLine.
2. Ensure accuracy in matching daily credit card fees, chargebacks, and write-offs from all credit card acquirers.
3. Research and resolve discrepancies between audited transactions and credit card acquirer records.
4. Review BlackLine exceptions and open tickets to address mapping issues.
5. Conduct daily checks and balances of POS data against credit card acquirers and report issues to BlackLine Manager.
6. Produce reconciliations for various GL accounts and review outstanding items.
7. Perform monthly reconciliations for review with BlackLine Manager.
8. Generate month-end listings of outstanding credit card fees, chargebacks, and write-offs for accrual determination.

1. High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
2. Experience in cashiering and accounting.
3. Clear understanding of basic general ledger principles.

Prior experience in accounting or cashiering with a clear understanding of general ledger principles is required.

$28 - $30 per hour plus incentives
