- Drive business development and maximize sales results by monitoring key performance indicators and setting daily targets during morning meetings.
- Develop action plans to achieve monthly and annual goals while enhancing team sales skills.
- Motivate the team to meet objectives and provide qualitative and forward-looking feedback to headquarters on products and visual merchandising.
- Represent the brand by developing market intelligence and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

- Recruit and onboard staff in collaboration with HR, ensuring adherence to onboarding processes and evaluating performance during probation.

- Define and follow up on development plans for team members, discussing employee development with HR and identifying potential succession plans.
- Cultivate long-term customer relationships through qualitative customer experiences, data collection, and accuracy.
- Train and empower the team to build customer loyalty and recruit new customers through personalized relationships.
- Over three years of experience in the fashion luxury retail industry, with at least one year in a management role.
- Strong product and material knowledge.
- Good understanding and passion for the Kenzo brand.
- Excellent management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Windows, word processing, and spreadsheets.
