Kenzo Store Manager

- Drive business growth and maximize sales results by monitoring key performance indicators and sales outcomes daily.
- Set daily goals during morning meetings and develop action plans to achieve monthly and annual targets while enhancing the team's sales skills.
- Motivate the team to meet objectives and communicate qualitative and forward-looking feedback on products and visual merchandising to headquarters.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the team represents the brand through uniform policy and grooming guidelines.
- Act as a brand ambassador in-store and in the market, building networks and staying informed about city competition and economic conditions.
- Manage store operations with excellence, including organizing and supervising inventory and cash processes.
- Recruit and onboard new employees, ensuring adherence to onboarding processes and evaluating performance during probation.
- Foster team spirit and encourage performance and initiative, rewarding achievements and managing performance through continuous feedback.
- Define development plans for each team member and discuss employee development plans with HR.
- Cultivate long-term customer relationships through qualitative customer experiences and data accuracy.
- Train and empower the team to foster customer loyalty and recruit new customers through personalized relationships.
- Over three years of experience in the fashion luxury retail industry, with at least one year in a managerial role.
- Strong product and material knowledge.
- Good understanding and passion for the Kenzo brand.
- Excellent management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Windows, word processing, and spreadsheets.

Over three years of experience in luxury fashion retail, with at least one year in a managerial capacity.
