1. Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators, contributing to the implementation of store action plans.
2. Provide qualitative feedback to managers and understand the local competitive landscape, including best practices and best-sellers.
3. Master the sales ceremony from greeting to after-sales service, with comprehensive knowledge of product storytelling and information.
4. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through data collection, thank-you cards, and invitations.
5. Establish connections with personal shoppers, stylists, and concierge services.
6. Demonstrate teamwork by supporting colleagues, especially new hires, and ensuring business continuity through autonomy and commitment.
7. Embody the Kenzo brand as an ambassador, maintaining store standards and developing a deep understanding of fashion trends and competitors.
8. Adhere to uniform and grooming guidelines, adapting to each client's profile in both local language and English.

10. Master and comply with all procedures as per the Store Handbook and local regulations, suggesting improvements for efficiency.

1. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
