- Welcome clients to the store, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
- Build relationships with clients to assist in product selection and provide personalized advice.
- Introduce complementary products and share in-depth product knowledge.
- Process sales confidently and professionally, maintaining client relationships.
- Collect and manage client CRM details to build a client book and ensure personalized follow-up.
- Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Exceed behavioral requirements, adhering to dress code and appearance guidelines.
- Enhance product knowledge through keeping up with fashion trends and participating in training.
- Support stock control and management.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
- Passion for fashion and sales.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets while focusing on client needs.
- Excellent personal presentation and brand ambassador qualities.
- Understanding of retail KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Minimum of 3 years in a sales role, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
