Kenzo Sales Associate

1. Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
2. Achieve all KPIs and CRM requirements.
3. Focus on cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
4. Provide exceptional customer care and drive local client network growth.
5. Recruit and convert prospective clients, building lasting relationships.
6. Maintain client books to retain existing clients and identify new prospects.
7. Support merchandise inventory management and inform Store Manager about replenishment needs.
8. Assist with refilling, unpacking, packing, and sorting of stocks.
9. Maintain visual standards under the direction of the VM department.
10. Lead or support store projects and back office procedures, ensuring accurate use of POS.
11. Participate in inventory counts and ensure store functional maintenance.
12. Prevent and minimize risk of stock loss or theft.

1. Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
2. Experience with Ready-to-Wear (RTW) is advantageous.
3. Good understanding of the luxury market and practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong team player, motivated and driven.
6. Proficient in customer service and selling skills.
7. Ability to mix and match Ready-to-Wear (RTW) items with a good fashion sense.

Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
