1. Manage production scheduling and monitor deadlines.
2. Control invoices and oversee remote stock management.
3. Track production progress for assigned manufacturers.
4. Coordinate order dispatch and material arrivals to production workshops.
5. Ensure adherence to delivery dates and negotiate changes if necessary.
6. Oversee receipt of goods in the logistics warehouse.
7. Verify invoice accuracy and authorize payments.
8. Collaborate with Logistics and Transport for cost-effective transportation solutions.
9. Develop and maintain documentation and reports in Excel and PDF formats.
10. Conduct quality control and validate composition labels.
11. Update manufacturer stock post-production.
12. Optimize preferential origin processes.

1. Pursuing a Bac+4/5 degree in Business School or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in Excel and Word.
2. Dynamic, organized, and autonomous.
3. Good command of English.

Beginner level experience required.
