Kenzo IT Retail Project Assistant

1. Assist in managing the run activity, including monitoring support levels 1 and 2 and coordinating tickets with business teams until resolution.
2. Support the implementation of new functionalities on the point-of-sale application.
3. Document processes to enrich the knowledge base.
4. Propose and implement feasible and appropriate solutions, contributing to improvements and developments.
5. Organize the backlog in Jira and consolidate documentation in Confluence.
6. Communicate with business users, including stores, retail management, and regional IT teams.
7. Conduct tests on the Cegid Y2 tool for projects and incidents.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac +3)
2. Fluency in English
3. Autonomous, rigorous, organized, and proactive
4. Flexible and adaptable

1. Knowledge of Cegid Y2 is advantageous
2. Experience in IT support is a plus
3. Strong communication skills
4. Proficiency in Jira and Confluence

Beginner level experience, with a preference for candidates with prior IT support exposure.
