1. Assist in the recruitment process for interns and apprentices at the headquarters, including handling administrative tasks and agreements.
2. Coordinate and welcome participants for Discovery internships.
3. Participate in school events and support recruitment for permanent and temporary positions.
4. Organize integration sessions and manage daily interactions with interns and apprentices.
5. Update professional interview tracking tables and manage internal communications such as newsletters and organizational charts.
6. Organize training sessions and logistics, and source training providers.
7. Contribute to team projects and initiatives.

1. Currently enrolled in a Human Resources program.
2. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

1. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
2. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse internal stakeholders.

Beginner level experience in Human Resources or a related field is required.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources.
