- Achieve sales targets and profitability goals for the store.
- Conduct thorough commercial activity analyses and implement strategic action plans.
- Provide qualitative reporting and feedback to the team and headquarters support functions.
- Attract, engage, and retain clientele through exceptional customer service.
- Identify, attract, and develop talent within the team.
- Evaluate, develop, and promote team members through personalized development plans.
- Motivate and challenge the team to align with the brand's qualitative and quantitative ambitions.
- Ensure team autonomy to maintain business continuity.
- Exhibit leadership by understanding the brand's heritage and current positioning.
- Adapt and work effectively in various situations, supporting organizational changes.
- Develop internal networks and identify key contacts within the organization.
- Promote Kenzo's culture internally and externally.
- Ensure store standards align with brand image, including visual merchandising and maintenance.
- Cultivate in-depth knowledge of the brand, products, trends, and competitors.
- Adapt communication to suit each client's profile, in both local language and English.
- Master and adhere to all procedures in compliance with the Store Handbook and local regulations.
- Propose improvements to current procedures for enhanced efficiency.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar retail position.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate constantly evolving environments.
- Proven experience in clienteling.
- Strong analytical skills to assess sales indicators and identify trends and opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the retail sector is required.
