1. Update and maintain technical information on materials and components in tracking spreadsheets.
2. Collect pricing and technical sheets from suppliers.
3. Receive samples and deliver them to the studio and development teams.
4. Input codifications and information into the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
5. Place orders for collections and follow up with suppliers.
6. Manage the archiving of SCAN data.
7. Monitor quality testing processes.
8. Prepare dossiers for handover to production.
9. Send various charters to suppliers.

1. Previous experience in a similar role through an internship or apprenticeship.
2. Currently enrolled in a business, fashion, or textile engineering school.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PLM systems.
2. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
4. Fluency in English.

Candidates should have beginner-level experience, ideally gained through internships or apprenticeships in a similar role.
