Kendo Regional Assistant Manager, Visual Merchandising

- Lead and manage visual merchandising projects across the APAC region, ensuring alignment with launch calendars and space planning.
- Oversee ad-hoc business activities such as animations, in-store workshops, pop-ups, and store renovations, providing necessary visual merchandising support.
- Collaborate with the Global Visual Merchandising team and Regional Brand teams to execute regional strategies and support seasonal initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring clear project briefing, production timelines, and budget management.
- Coordinate with local vendors to ensure design accuracy and effective in-store execution.
- Participate in bi-weekly calls with partners and vendors to ensure smooth communication and project progression.
- Manage purchase orders and payment processes, maintaining accurate financial oversight through diligent budget tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of proven visual merchandising experience at a corporate level and in a multi-store environment.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional creativity with a keen sense for beauty and aesthetics.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects with a systematic and professional approach.
Minimum of 5 years in visual merchandising at a corporate level and multi-store environment.
Bachelor’s degree required.
