Kendo Senior Brand Manager

1. Develop and implement global category-level strategies for the lip category, including core growth plans and campaign objectives.
2. Oversee the entire product lifecycle of all lip collections.
3. Establish oneself and the team as category experts, maintaining a strong merchant mindset and staying informed on competitive landscapes and consumer trends.
4. Analyze sales data to identify product assortment gaps and draw actionable insights.
5. Guide product positioning, messaging, campaign objectives, and asset creation for the brand.
6. Lead global go-to-market plans to ensure successful product launches.
7. Act as a brand liaison for internal teams supporting various functions such as packaging, inventory planning, and marketing.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
2. Minimum 5 years of related business experience, preferably in beauty or retail.

The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $150,000 per year, based on location and experience. An annual bonus is also included.
