Kendo National Accounts Coordinator

- Administer daily operations related to sales, trade marketing, wholesale, and inventory planning across all retail partners.
- Facilitate trade marketing activities by coordinating with the Marketing team to submit creative briefs and ensure timely delivery of creative assets to retailers.
- Assist in executing trading plan promotions and secure global approvals as necessary.
- Complete retailer new line forms, nominations, joiners & leavers, and line list forms in accordance with critical path requirements.
- Coordinate with the Demand Planner to ensure seamless tracking of new product launches and basic replenishment orders.
- Report on monthly wholesale achievements versus internal forecasts in collaboration with the Demand Planner.
- Oversee store opening processes, ensuring responsibilities of the National Accounts and Marketing teams are fulfilled within required timelines.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external departments to ensure comprehensive communication.
- Compile and communicate weekly and monthly sales and SKU analysis reports as requested by the National Accounts Team.
- Prepare presentations for external and internal meetings as needed.
- Undertake special projects aligned with business needs and personal development goals.

Entry-level experience in a similar role within the beauty or luxury industry is preferred.
