Kendo Marketing Coordinator

1. Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing Fenty campaigns across Boots, Sephora, and Space NK.
2. Coordinate with retailers for campaign activities, including events, masterclasses, and pop-ups.
3. Manage stock orders and ensure timely delivery to retailers.
4. Coordinate monthly ordering of new product development items for gifting purposes.
5. Oversee the management of creative assets and ensure availability for commercial team needs.
6. Act as liaison with the Commercial team on promotions and supplier communications.
7. Conduct monthly competitor analysis to provide insights on pricing, positioning, and customer engagement.
8. Support in developing local gift set concepts and manage production.
9. Oversee gift wrap proposals and production.
10. Ensure accurate coding and tracking of invoices on a monthly basis.
11. Compile and produce presentations for internal and external meetings.
12. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
13. Participate in cross-functional meetings and undertake ad-hoc projects.

1. 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the beauty industry or retail.
2. Degree required.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint.
3. Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships.
4. Creative thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, ideally within the beauty industry or retail sector.

Bachelor's degree required.
