Kendo Marketing Coordinator

- Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing Fenty campaigns across Boots, Sephora, and Space NK.
- Coordinate with retailers for campaign activities, including events, masterclasses, and pop-ups.
- Manage stock orders and ensure timely delivery to retailers.
- Coordinate monthly ordering of new product development items for gifting purposes.
- Oversee the management of creative assets and ensure availability for commercial team needs.
- Act as liaison with the Commercial team on promotions and supplier communications.
- Conduct monthly competitor analysis to provide insights on pricing, positioning, and customer engagement.
- Support in developing local gift set concepts and manage production.
- Oversee gift wrap proposals and production.
- Ensure accurate coding and tracking of invoices on a monthly basis.
- Compile and produce presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and undertake ad-hoc projects.
- 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the beauty industry or retail.
- Degree required.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint.
- Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships.
- Creative thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Positive attitude with a can-do spirit.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, ideally within the beauty industry or retail sector.
Bachelor's degree required.
