Kendo Junior National Account Manager

- Serve as the primary liaison and cultivate strategic relationships with Sephora across various functions including Buying, Supply, Marketing, and E-commerce, with guidance from the Senior National Account Manager.
- Facilitate and drive cross-functional collaboration between the retailer and Kendo teams.
- Develop and execute tailored activities for each assigned National Account Group to optimize business potential.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales & Education, Marketing, E-commerce, and Finance to ensure effective communication and robust working relationships.
- Collaborate with Field Management and Visual Merchandising teams to gather feedback from retail teams and stores.
- Conduct regular visits to key stores within assigned National Account Groups, either independently or with the field sales team and Senior National Accounts Manager.
- Achieve agreed retail and wholesale targets for allocated National Account Groups.
- Monitor and forecast retail and wholesale performance for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with the Planner on SKU forecasting and inventory targets for core and new product developments.
- Work closely with Finance and Supply teams to resolve underpayments and returns monthly, ensuring timely completion of internal trackers.
- Support reporting on Sell-in and Sell-out metrics.
- Ensure appropriate allocation and sell-in for new launches and review sell-in and sell-through of key projects.
- Prepare and coordinate sales strategy documents for company strategy meetings and present retailer-specific strategies.
- Support the Senior National Account Manager in defining and implementing retailer-specific Joint Business Plans, reviewing progress quarterly.
- Manage the exchange of information with retailers and update weekly trackers.
- Oversee the application process for new account creation or closure.
- Commercially aware with the ability to drive business performance.
- Effective time management and contingency planning skills to meet targets.
- Experience in retail sales management within the National Account sector of the cosmetics industry.
- Sephora experience is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable for various audiences.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in negotiation techniques, aiming for win-win solutions.
- Team player with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing demands.
