Kendo Business Analyst and Supply Chain Intern

1. Assist in analyzing historical sales data, trends, and seasonality.
2. Help maintain and update demand forecasting in Excel and Anaplan.
3. Support the preparation of data for monthly S&OP meetings.
4. Generate actionable insights from data analysis.
5. Run and maintain weekly performance reporting.
6. Support Supply & Demand reporting and update dashboards.
7. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to gather demand inputs.
8. Support functional teams in improving data flows and setting up new processes.
9. Attend Demand review meetings and document key takeaways and decisions.

1. Interest in retail or consumer goods industries; beauty experience a plus.
2. Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups.
3. Analytical mindset with comfort in working with large datasets.
4. Strong numerical and mathematical skills.
5. Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
