1. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store success.
2. Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge across all categories.
3. Deliver exemplary customer service and the ultimate Kate Spade Experience.
4. Build personal connections with customers through effective selling skills.
5. Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to enhance the selling culture.
6. Initiate and participate in business-driving events within the store.
7. Communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and philosophy to team members and customers.
8. Build and maintain strong client relationships as a brand ambassador.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures with integrity.
10. Perform and oversee store opening and closing procedures.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
2. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

2. Proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture.
3. Elevated sense of personal style.

$16.00 to $17.00 per hour, complying with applicable pay laws.
