- Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to store success.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across all categories.
- Deliver exemplary customer service and create personal connections with guests.
- Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to enhance the selling culture.
- Initiate and participate in business-driving events in-store.
- Communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and philosophy to clients and team members.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as a brand ambassador.
- Perform and oversee store opening and closing procedures.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture.
- Elevated sense of personal style.

Base pay range from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour. Compliance with minimum wage requirements and applicable pay laws.
