1. Oversee daily sales operations at the outlet store to ensure exceptional customer service and achievement of sales targets.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
3. Ensure the store's visual merchandising aligns with brand standards.
4. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to maintain stock availability.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Assist in training and developing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

1. Proven experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
2. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
